Orders can be picked up. Pick-ups can be arranged in the Munich area or at upcoming insect fairs. You can always find out which fairs I will be attending on the homepage at the top of the page.

Your order is usually prepared for dispatch on the same day and sent on its way the following working day.
Depending on the destination, shipping takes between 1 working day and 1 week. For shipments outside Europe, please contact us to make the shipping process as smooth as possible.

Packaging
All butterflies are carefully placed in a plastic box and secured with additional pins to make transportation as safe as possible.
Shipping takes place in a box-in-box system, in which the plastic boxes are packed and shipped in an outer carton with filling material.
Shipping company
Shipments are sent by DHL as standard. Alternatively with , GLS or the German postal service. These shipping service providers have proven to be the most reliable partners over the years.
However, I am also happy to ship with other shipping companies or your favorites by arrangement.

Payment is possible by prepayment, Paypal, or cash on delivery.
